I provide individual therapy for clients ages 15 and older.

Identity Exploration & 2SLGBTQIA+ Support
 Affirming care for exploring identity, including gender, sexuality, relationships, belonging, values, and the different parts of who you are.

Trauma & PTSD
Work through trauma, including complex and long-standing experiences, with a focus on helping life feel safer, steadier, and more manageable over time.

Life Transitions
 Navigating periods of change, uncertainty, or adjustment—whether related to relationships, work, identity, loss, or unexpected life shifts.

Grief & Loss
 Space to process loss in its many forms, including death, relationship changes, and major life transitions.

Mood-Related Concerns
 Understanding anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm and how they show up in daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.

Chronic Pain & Nervous System Support
 A grounded approach to chronic pain that explores the connection between stress, trauma, the nervous system, and lived experience.

 Exploring how early family relationships and experiences may continue to influence emotions, boundaries, patterns, and ways of relating to yourself and others.

Religious & Spiritual Harm
Processing harmful, controlling, or painful religious and spiritual experiences, including shame, fear, identity conflict, and rebuilding trust in yourself.

Insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan. I can often provide an estimate of your coverage, but the most accurate information comes directly from your insurance provider.

For out-of-network plans, payment is due at the time of service. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible insurance reimbursement.

Intake Session: $210

Individual Session: $180


cancellation & Attendance Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

Because insurance does not cover missed appointments, late cancellation and no-show fees are charged directly to the client. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or unexpected circumstances.

Frequent late cancellations or missed appointments may impact ongoing scheduling availability.

Fees:

Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of session fee ($90)

Missed appointment / no-show: Full session fee ($180)
