Insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan. I can often provide an estimate of your coverage, but the most accurate information comes directly from your insurance provider.

For out-of-network plans, payment is due at the time of service. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible insurance reimbursement.

Intake Session: $210

Individual Session: $180


cancellation & Attendance Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

Because insurance does not cover missed appointments, late cancellation and no-show fees are charged directly to the client. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or unexpected circumstances.

Frequent late cancellations or missed appointments may impact ongoing scheduling availability.

Fees:

Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of session fee ($90)

Missed appointment / no-show: Full session fee ($180)
